REGULATION ON THE AMENDMENTS OF THE MINISTRY OF NATIONAL EDUCATION PRIVATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS, DATED SEPTEMBER 5, 2019

In our meetings with the Ministry of National Education officials and at the meeting of the TBMM SMA, ALS, DMD and Rare Diseases Research Commission on 12.06.2019, we stated that patients with respiratory devices cannot benefit from the education and physical therapy rights that they have from Special Education and Rehabilitation Centers. 

With the amendment made in the Ministry of National Education Regulation on Private Education Institutions dated 05.09.2019, it has been stipulated that no camera recording is required for patients to be educated at home.
