ON JUNE 22, 2022, THE JOINT POSSIBLE WORKSHOP ORGANIZED BY ROCHE TURKEY WAS HELD IN ISTANBUL.

Ece Soyer Demir and Mehmet Demir, Members of the Board of Directors of the Association for Combating SMA Disease, attended the Together Possible Workshop organized by Roche Turkey on June 22, 2022.
In the workshop, valuable doctors and NGOs came together to exchange ideas with the aim of increasing the quality of life and awareness of SMA patients. The importance of screening tests, the steps to be taken with the initiation of newborn screening, family education, the difficulties experienced by patients and their relatives and solution suggestions were expressed.
