Medical Device Supports

Especially the type 1 group of Spinal Muscular Atrophy patients need medical devices and medical supplies to meet their basic needs such as breathing and nutrition due to the muscle atrophy they experience. Some of the medical devices used by the patients are fully reimbursed by the Social Security Institution, while some have partial repayments and some do not.

As Turkey SMA Foundation; while continuing our advocacy activities to ensure that patients have access to the best possible care and healthcare; We provide medical device supports in line with the requests from the relatives of the patients.
